Public Transport

To reach Lytham St. Annes by bus please contact Blackpool Transport Services for details of which buses run to the town on: 01253 473000.

Stagecoach North West also provides services and these can be contacted on: 0870 608 2608.

National Express Coach Services run throughout the year. These can be contacted on: 08705 808080.

Transport Timetables can be picked up from any Local Tourist Information Centre.

Road

Lytham St. Annes is easily accessible by car and the direction given takes you to the town centre.

At the western end of the M55 motorway exit junction 4, follow the A5230 Progress Way, which then directly leads into the A5230 Squires Gate Lane.

On reaching the end of this road at Starr Gate turn left into A584 Clifton Drive North and this will take you directly into Lytham St Annes.

Rail

Lytham St. Annes is easily reached by train from Preston.

Trains leave Preston station every hour and takes about 30 minutes to arrive at St. Annes. You can also reach Lytham St. Annes from Blackpool South Station; these trains are hourly and on average take 8 minutes.

Air

Blackpool International Airport is located only 10 minutes from Lytham St. Annes town centre. You can then take the train from Blackpool South to St. Annes or Blackpool North to Preston.
